These are the terms and conditions on which you buy cryptocurrency from us.
Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to buy cryptocurrency from us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will deliver the currency to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us to discuss.
Information about us and how to contact us
Investoo group is a company registered in England and Wales.
You can contact us by writing to us at [email protected] If we have to contact you we will do so by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order form.
When we use the words "writing" or "written" in these terms, this includes emails.
Our contract with you
Our service is for individuals only and not for companies, partnerships or other forms of undertakings.
Once you complete your initial information regarding your name, contact details, the currency you wish to buy and the amount you wish to spend, our website will ask you to enter your credit or debit card details to complete your order.
If you have chosen to transfer the funds by wire transfer, the process involved in taking an order from you and delivering the cryptocurrency to you is as follows:
· we will contact you in relation to your order to confirm the currency you wish to purchase and the amount you wish to spend;
· our processing team will prepare an order form setting out the amount of your desired cryptocurrency you will receive for the amount you wish to spend – this order form will be valid for two hours from the time the order form is sent by email to you;
· please carefully review the order form and if you think any details in the order form are wrong please contact us promptly to let us know;
· if receive payment from you within the stipulated two hours, in cleared funds, in our bank account for the amount of the order, the amount of your desired cryptocurrency set out in the order form will be bought for you without further communication or correspondence with you;
· (subject to receiving satisfactory customer due diligence documents from you) your cryptocurrency will be transferred to your wallet, details of which are to be provided by you.
If we are unable to accept your order for any reason, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the cryptocurrency. This might be because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline or any other reason.
Please note that we will not be able to transfer any cryptocurrency to you in the event that you have not provided us with satisfactory customer due diligence information to us (please see the "Money laundering" section below).
The currencies we exchange
The different types of cryptocurrency you may purchase are found on https://cryptogo.com/coins. Please note that the exchange rate of any cryptocurrency changes throughout the day and so there may be fluctuations in the amount of your own currency you can exchange into your chosen cryptocurrency. We will tell you the current exchange rate applicable to you when you actually place your order.
Your rights to make changes
If you wish to make a change to your order please contact us, and we will let you know if the change is possible. Please note once you have placed a formal order with us and we have exchanged your currency, it may not be possible to cancel.
If it is possible, we will let you know about any changes to the price of the currency, the timing of delivery or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. If we cannot make the change or the consequences of making the change are unacceptable to you, you may want to end the contract (see "Your rights to end the contract" below).
Our rights to make changes
We may change these terms and conditions from time to time:
· to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and
· to implement technical adjustments and improvements, for example to address a security threat. These changes should not affect the terms on which you exchange currency with us.
Delay in providing the currency
During the order process, we will let you know when we will deliver your cryptocurrency to you. Please note that we will not be able to transfer any cryptocurrency to you in the event that you have not provided us with satisfactory customer due diligence information to us (please see the "Money Laundering" section below) or your wallet details. We will not be responsible for exchanging or delivering the cryptocurrency late if this is caused by you not giving us the information we need within a reasonable time of us asking for it.
If the delivery of your cryptocurrency is delayed by 14 days or more due to your failure in providing this information, then we may terminate our contract with you and transfer back to you the lower of: (a) the amount that you transferred to us; and (b) the amount that we are able to realise by selling the cryptocurrency that we had bought for you. Our reasonable expenses and charges incurred in transferring the funds back to you will also be deducted from the amount returned to you.
If the delivery of your cryptocurrency is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. We will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any cryptocurrency you have paid for but not received.
Your rights to end the contract
Your contract with us, in practice, will only last for a short period of time, between you placing your order and us delivering your cryptocurrency to you. Please note that you do not have a right to change your mind once we have exchanged your currency into your chosen cryptocurrency on the terms of your order.
If you do want to end your contract with us before the exchange has completed, please email us at [email protected] We may deduct from any refund an amount for supplying services or expenses incurred before the time when you told us you had changed your mind.

Price and payment
You must make payment in advance of the amount you would like us to exchange into cryptocurrency.
We accept payment via credit or debit card or bank transfer only. You must pay the full amount of your order on placing the order. Please note that due to the nature of cryptocurrency prices, we may need to revise the rate of exchange if payment of your order is delayed. We will update you in writing if this happens and advise you of the new rate.
Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you and limitation of liability
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss of profit, indirect or consequential loss or loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious to both we and you that it will happen at the time the contract was made, for example, if you discussed it with us during the order process.
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. In all other circumstances our liability to you shall be limited to the amount that you have transferred to us.
How we may use your personal information
Money laundering is where proceeds of crime are disguised so to give the appearance of a legitimate income. We take any form of illegitimate use of our services seriously and will not tolerate any client abusing their services for such matters.
If we suspect that you are abusing our services for the purposes of money laundering or any similar practices, they reserve the right to suspend your account and freeze any funds pending the outcome of an investigation without informing you. We reserve the right to report any suspicious activities to the National Crime Agency, the police or any other relevant authorities without your knowledge.
We will require you to provide your proof of identity and residence as part of our customer due diligence checks. This will typically involve you sending us copies of the photo page of your passport or driving licence, your selfie holding the same passport or driving licence and a utility bill which is less than three months old and shows your name and home address. Some of you may be subject to enhanced customer due diligence.
We require the documents to be sent to us in high quality colour format. We reserve the right to reject any documents, which do not comply with the above.
We reserve the right to require additional information at any time to verify the client's identification and any further information that may be required to satisfy the Money Laundering Regulations.
No coins or cryptocurrency will be released from us pending receipt of satisfactory customer due diligence documents.
Other important terms
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will always tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights.
You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these terms to another person if we agree to this in writing.
Nobody else has any rights under this contract.
Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date. For example, if you do not make payment in full of our charges and we do not chase you but we continue to exchange currency for you, we can still require you to make the payment at a later date.
These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the English courts.
